Q: How do I register?
A: All registration will take place via Google forms links. These links will be found at the section of the site for which you are trying to register for. For example, if you are a parent that wants to register your third grade child for a course, you will go to the Grades 3-5 section of the website, find the course offerings, and choose the registration link for the course you want to register for.
Q: Who will be teaching the courses?
A: All instructors will be certified teachers, professionals in their field, and/or those who have passion/experience for their craft. Instructors will all have background check clearance and will be thoroughly vetted for best instructional practices, current educational trends, experience, and professionalism.
Q: Will courses be in-person or online?
A: Mr. B's Beyond The Classroom will offer both in-person and online courses. All course descriptions will indicate whether the class is in-person or online.
Q: How long are individual courses?
A: Most courses are 50-minutes long. However, specifics regarding times will be noted in each course description.
Q: How do I pay for what I registered for?
A: Currently we are only accepting Venmo or checks as payment methods. All options will be a required selection on the registration form. If paying by Venmo, payment must be received within 24 hours of registration. If paying by check, payment must be received 3-5 business days after registration. If payment is not received by those due dates, the spot will be released for someone else to register.
Q: Can I cancel/withdraw my registration?
A: For all learning pods, 30-days written (emailed) notice is required to discontinue the service. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged for any and all cancellations. For all other services (enrichment nights, enrichment classes, etc.), all registration will close 10 days prior to the start date. Cancellation/withdrawal requests must be received via email. If the request is received 2 weeks before the registration closes, a full refund will be given. If the request is received 1 week before the registration closes, a 50% refund will be given. If the request is received 72 hours before the registration closes, a 25% refund will be given. No refunds will be given with less than 72 hours notice. Any refund given will be returned via the same payment method that was applied at registration. If payment was received via Venmo, the refund percentage given back will be minus the transaction fees that were incurred.
Q: Are there refunds, credits, or make-up days due to absence?
A: There are no refunds, credits, or make-up days due to absence. This understanding will be noted and signed off on during registration.
Q: I am interested in working for Mr. B's Beyond The Classroom. Are there job opportunities?
A: Yes! Please visit the JOB OPPORTUNITIES section in the CONTACT link at the top of this website. You will complete the Google forms application and then email your resume. Resumes can be sent to mrb.beyondtheclassroom@gmail.com.
Q: I am really interested in registering for something with this company, but there is nothing offered that meets my needs/interests. How can I make this happen?
